Put on your cowboy boots and grab some fringe, it's time to sample some true Americana. Country Music and Car Racing are as American as, well, apple pie. This is your chance to meet the country music stars of tomorrow without having to go to the State Fair or the opening festivities of the local Chili Cook-off. Plus you'll get the added treat of meeting a famous race car driver. Shake a few hands, get a few autographs, take a few pictures, guard your back! One can never tell what will happen when boot scooters and speed demons meet.
"Race with the Stars" has brought together singing stars Fay Thrill, Billy Ray Jones and Shanna Twang along with racing phenomenon Gordy Anpetty. The singers travel as part of this bus tour to advance their careers. Gordy is drumming up excitement for the upcoming race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Seymour Palmer, a psychic and fortuneteller is along for the ride giving advice and warnings. Local waitress, Starla Bright, has joined the legion of fans wanting to get a glimpse of the big hair, sequins and fringe. Conrad Brewster is piloting their diesel ship along the highways and byways of the South.
It's been said that road trips can be murder. Tonight that could be true. In the event of an untimely death, it will be up to you and your table of fellow sleuths to discover who could commit such a crime. So, think of a clever name for your table, er, detective agency and listen carefully for clues. At the designated time, your agency will be asked to formulate a question that your delegated chief detective will ask a suspect. Once all tables have completed their questioning, each detective agency will submit a solution sheet indicating "who done it" and why. The agency to name the most correct culprit and motive wins.
